Key Responsibilities:
· Review and approval of MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, method of statements, and other related documents
· Site works and material inspections including quality and work acceptance reports and protocols.
· Undertake prior review of Contractor’s proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule. Witness on-site mechanical system testing and commissioning and prepare list of defects for Contractor’s action
· Contact person for coordination between MEP and other disciplines.
· Chair the design meetings and provide solution for any Mechanical design related issues during the construction
· Assess and report any risks associated with MEP installations as well as monitor and promote health and safety on the site.
· Gas system design for Design District, Dubai, 5 star hotel in DWC-Aviation Center, Dubai, Liwa Street Mall refurbishment, Abu Dhabi
Responsible for major design, management and engineering activities associated with different hydrocarbon distribution networks and storage facilities e.g. NG, LPG, SNG, LNG, etc. Involved in preparation of internal design related procedures, review and approval of Construction specifications, Design and O&M procedures. Worked on safety and risk studies related to oil and gas industry.
Management of design aspects of all EMAAR projects under LBCG. Part of the team involved in ADNOC FEED Study for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management and planning of budget, deliverables, quality and Authority approvals. Develops techno-economic studies to ensure works in accordance to the plans and within agreed schedule and cost.
• Management and planning of design, network analysis and surveys for new and existing distribution systems and utility plants.
• Design of infrastructure and utilization gas systems for residential, commercial, public and industrial sectors within Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, including demand and hydraulic calculations, equipment selection, system arrangement, safety.
• Control and maintain the design as per industry standards for 0% harm. Improving the design, performance and efficiency.
• Liaise with stakeholders on project and design issues. Visit clients to offer technical expertise / solutions.
• Provide design support at all stages of the engineering process, from tender to the commissioning and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and being a first line answering service for all customer technical questions.
• Analyze and evaluate quotations and bids of vendors to produce material submittal and quotation based on the requirements.
• Guide users and team members in formulating requirements and advise on viability of alternative approaches based on evaluation of various system configurations and associated equipment including economic analysis.
• Mentor and participate technical documentation preparation associated with results analysis and risk mitigation.
• Resolve problems quickly to ensure infrastructure and application stability.

Manage the company performance, budget, personnel and quality. Fully responsible for organization planning and HSE. Manage the engineering design process, Authority approvals and supervision during construction of designed MEP systems and Energy Efficiency for wide range of projects including but not limited to residential, commercial, public and industrial, i.e. hospitals, airports, manufactures, facility plants, district heating systems, gas distribution systems, CNG systems, co-generation.
Key Responsibilities:
•Produce specification based on the requirements and ensure that the design of the systems meets technical and HSE standards requirements. Maintain the document control system. Prepare for new buildings energy models and energy efficiency design in accordance to Bulgarian and European legislation.
•Part of the team involved in preparation of audits for Energy Management, including but not limited to: 1) develop and implement performance indicators; 2) provide analysis for current and potential energy consumption using facility and production monitoring, modeling; 3) prepare reports based on the study for energy management with integrated techniques for system control, energy system upgrades, alternative energy sources (biomass, waste treatment, solar, etc.) and feasibility of cogeneration.

Consultant-coordinator of construction consultancy on the New International Passenger Terminal project at Airport Varna, Bulgaria, acting as supervision consultant representative at site as well as provide Gas, HVAC and Energy Efficiency systems design review and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Look after technical quality and staffing levels to provide detailed design packages in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation. Monitor quality of materials and construction works for the related systems. Provide site supervision, quality reports and document control.
• Responsible for coordination between design team, client, contractor and supervision consultants from all disciplines.
• Trained as internal auditor for occupational health and safety management system, responsible for setting up H&S and environmental aspects in construction field.
Project is a mixed-use complex consist of 11 mid-rise buildings and infrastructure. As part of main contractor team I ensured that all engineering work related to wet systems (HVAC, Gas, FF, Plumbing) is carried out in accordance with schedule, specifications, laws, rules, regulations and other statutory and contractual requirements, with due regards to safety, operability and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review the design for site constructability and vendor documents for compliance to project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare the documentation, i.e. construction procedures, method statement, material approvals in compliance with project specification.
• Manage the budget, delivery and construction schedule, compare bids, liaise with subcontractors and vendors to reduce cost.
• Monitor site activities for MEP systems and other related equipment.
• Carry out site surveys and evaluate various configurations and associated equipment plus economic analysis and recommend the best option for the project. Liaise closely with stakeholders and clients the actual site installation.
• Strictly apply the HSE procedures at site. Always strive to best quality works for installation of MEP systems and equipment.
• Attend to the test and commissioning and prepare hand over documentation.
Consultant particularly responsible for HVAC, Gas systems and Energy Efficiency, ensuring compliance of the systems design to applicable standards requirements. Provide energy efficiency analysis along with solutions for energy management and reducing of Carbon emissions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and evaluate feasibility and energy management studies. Prepare for existing buildings energy models and energy building passport in accordance to Bulgarian and European legislation.
• Maintain site supervision and quality reports during construction. Ensure work is completed to specification and quality required, on time and within budget. Supervise preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform as key engineering person on projects for both customers and project teams and represent clients before the Authorities.
• Review of the test, construction and QC reports and prepare necessary documents for Final acceptance certificate
Project Gasification of city of Varna. Design engineer of gas utilization and HVAC systems with support functions to the gas distribution network division for Varna.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed system design, including calculations, drawings and specification for residential, commercial and public sectors within city of Varna. Ensure that the design of the systems meets legislative and HSE requirements.
• Work with diagrams, plans and drawings, Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources for the design.
• Carry out detailed site surveys, liaise with clients and Authorities, and prepare reports and documents for tenders.
• Responsible for GIS database.
• Manage NOC process for successful approval from Authorities such as Supervision Consultants, Municipality and Civil Defense.
Site installation engineer of MEP systems and equipment for six months period then moved in engineering department with responsibility for design, construction and project management of MEP systems and facility plants for residential, commercial, public and industrial sectors, e.g. villas/apartments, hotels, public and commercial buildings, warehouses, manufactures, etc.
Acted as construction engineer of MEP systems and equipment with partial involved in design of HVAC systems.
