Responsibilities:
-Coordination with clients, operators, contractors and suppliers
-Scope and design concept preparation and presentations by using In Design , Photoshop and Power point
-Product design - custom furniture based on individual client needs
-Supervision and preparation of CAD technical and detail drawings
-Close coordination with Civil, MEP and Fit out contractors
-Prepaing mood boards with hard and foft finishes
-Preparing schedules, managing deadlines
-Project managing, Site supervision and surveying
-Product and supplier sourcing
I'm currently working on the design for 6 Hotels (4 Star) with 3600 units in total including all the public areas design .
Worked as an independent freelance Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer .Collaborated with senior Architects and professionals .I was responsible for : developing Interior Design concepts, preparing detailed drawings FF& E, 3D renders, material selection, presenting mood boards and ideas.
• CAD drawings after final approvals (furniture, flooring, plumbing, power and data, ceiling, wall finishes, wiring and lighting layouts)
• Production of construction documents such us technical and detailed drawings
• Preparing mood boards which include lights, furniture, wall finishes and carpets
• Responsible for furniture, finishes material selection for designated projects
• Extensive meeting with consultants and suppliers
• Site visiting, space planning on the site
