* Involved in construction of the road Kaede -M'bout (116 km), including the variant of Foum Gleita (24 km), construction of 16 bridges in the section M'bout-Selibaby as well as the road Selibady -Gouraye (48 km) and 223 hydraulic passages. This project was sponsored by the European Community whose owner is represented by the Ministry of the Equipment and Transport of Mauritania.
* Developed an appropriate leadership structure in coordination with two production engineers, one geological engineer and a mechanical engineer. Managed a team of 55 Portuguese and 250 Mauritanian workers.
* Oversaw construction of a building with three bases and two operating centres of inert compounds, two crushing plants with screening facilities, two concrete batching plants, a central prefabrication plant and two bituminous surface plants. Project valued at €61, 905, 721.77.
