I meet with clients and I am the only point of contact between the client and our agency, I develop a solid trusting relationship with the client and transmit their brief and their needs to our team, I then accordingly develop a brand image, a theme and a social media strategy for the client and I coordinate with the design team to materialize it. I also handle paid marketing for clients (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and SEO).
As for the design aspect of my role, you will notice as per my CV that I have a foundation of Interior Design. I believe my background in design is an added advantage when it comes to account/client management as well as events. Please note that I am proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, three visual skills that come in handy during presentations, tenders, and client meeting.
Baldi is a high end Italian company specializing in producing furniture, art pieces and interiors hand-crafted with precious gemstones, fine crystal and gold plated bronzes.
For my role as a brand manager I manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand, follow up on orders, product launches, pricing and discount policy. I communicate with suppliers to ensure good relationship and future partnerships / ventures. I coordinate with our marketing team to plan advertisements and campaigns.. I coordinate with sales team to ensure their product knowledge is on point and to make sure we achieve target scores. I am also in charge of the visual merchandising and curating the displays of the boutique.
For my role as an interior design consultant, I meet with clients and preform site visits and study the floor plans in order to come up with a proposal that suits the client's taste and harmonizes with the space I am working with. Most of my projects are residential, palaces and luxury hotels.
