ACHIEVEMENTS: Assigned on 6 projects that was badly behind schedule and client was extremely dissatisfied. Two weeks later, I have received messages of appreciation from client's top management and from Bin Quraya management for pulling the projects ahead of schedule. Within the following 3 weeks, I was assigned on 6 more projects from 4 additional clients. Another project was added after completing 3 projects ahead of schedule and under budget. All current projects are still ahead of schedule. Assigned projects are currently 14 through 7 clients.
PROJECT 's SCOPE and BUDGETS:
● Facilities construction projects.
● Projects’ budget ranges from $15mil - $500mil.
Responsibilities
● Direct or assist in establishing, measuring, and reporting the achievement of department goals and targets, KPI’s, QA/QC procedures and performance.
• Applying of Project Management Methodologies, Tools and Techniques through all phases.
• Represent Bin Quraya in executive management meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with other Departments and Divisions in the implementation of the current and future Master Plan deliverables and initiatives.
• Actively conduct relevant coordination meetings and provide direction in daily operations to all section and department staff to manage output and products in accordance with the department objectives.
• Assist CM’s and SM’s with resolving technical site construction issues with alternative solutions.
• Training of personnel to enhance critical thinking and strategic methods in the construction industry.
• Estimating and securing human and heavy earthmoving equipment requirements.
• Ensure that health, safety and environmental (HSE) control policies and procedures are taken into consideration during the project’s duration.
