ACHIEVEMENTS: Assigned on 6 projects that was badly behind schedule and client was extremely dissatisfied. Two weeks later, I have received messages of appreciation from client's top management and from Bin Quraya management for pulling the projects ahead of schedule. Within the following 3 weeks, I was assigned on 6 more projects from 4 additional clients. Another project was added after completing 3 projects ahead of schedule and under budget. All current projects are still ahead of schedule. Assigned projects are currently 14 through 7 clients.

Responsibilities
● Direct or assist in establishing, measuring, and reporting the achievement of department goals and targets, KPI’s, QA/QC procedures and performance.
• Applying of Project Management Methodologies, Tools and Techniques through all phases.
• Represent Bin Quraya in executive management meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with other Departments and Divisions in the implementation of the current and future Master Plan deliverables and initiatives.
• Actively conduct relevant coordination meetings and provide direction in daily operations to all section and department staff to manage output and products in accordance with the department objectives.
• Assist CM’s and SM’s with resolving technical site construction issues with alternative solutions.
• Training of personnel to enhance critical thinking and strategic methods in the construction industry.
• Estimating and securing human and heavy earthmoving equipment requirements.
• Ensure that health, safety and environmental (HSE) control policies and procedures are taken into consideration during the project’s duration.

ACHIEVEMENTS: I have completed 103 projects in the 28 BI’s issued for NAOUPD. I have also received Certificates of Appreciation for completing projects within schedule, scope and budget as per keys stakeholder requirements.

Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
In collaboration with project stakeholders, define project scope, deliverables and requirements.
Incorporate Engineering design changes and evaluate change orders.
Estimate resource requirements and ensure mobilization of resources JIT.
Identify project risks, develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
Apply project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
Monitor project delivery against timelines to ensure timely completion and apply schedule compression techniques when required.
Manage construction contractors and Vendor activities to meet project baselines.
Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory and OHSA requirements
