Handle high value and complex purchase request for Facility Maintenance, Hardware Software and Cloud based Solution for I.T. General Office Supplies and Marketing request for events etc.
Send request for proposal and request for quotation, analysis proposals, identify risk if any, conduct pre-award meeting with the suppliers and award Local Purchase Order /Long-term Contracts with approvals as per the delegation of authority in coordination with my manager.

Prepare duplicate copies and saving them as information backup.
Process requests and providing vital details to the organization's departments and personnel.
Support data management team in designing and developing software’s for quick data mining methods and safe storage.
Prepare an index or dictionary to make data extraction quick and easy for all.
Update daily status of goods arrival and shipped.
Maintain hard and soft copies of different organizational documents, records and reports.
Scan documents to enterprise document management system.
Prepare documents for scanning, data entry.
Distribute Mail to different departments.
Collect mail and parcels from General Office and distribute to the department staff.
Develop Photocopies and maintain filing at department secretary division.
To perform administrative tasks to support operations department such as filing, photocopying.
