Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers in locating what they’re looking for
Identifying customers’ needs and directing them to an appropriate product
Persuading customer to buy a product
Receiving customer’s inquiry thru mails and telephones
Creating quotations and sales order
Creating monthly reports such as sales report & inventory
Assuring customer satisfaction in case of fast and reliable service
Customer Service which includes giving updates for the latest promotion and providing feedback for each inquiries.

Create Cash and Credit invoice to Customer
Create and checking daily cash handling report and sending to Finance Department
Handling and Replenish Petty Cash
Process Local Purchase Order (LPO) of the customers
Enhance and check credit limit of the customers in Finance Department
Preparation of daily cash handling reports
Create Credit facilities and process cash advance payment
Checking and monitor all cashiers cash handling report and queries
Filing cash and credit invoices
Prepare all cash, cheques and make deposit slip
Summarize all cash and cheques collected in howrooms
