• Installing call manager and configuring all features
• Upgrading call manger, unity, presence

Duties and responsibilities:
• In charge of 5 major clients for BMB.
• Experienced in router installation, switches, firewall replacement
• Maintenance and replacement of hardware tools: fans, power, FXO, etc….
• IOS upgrade and configuration
• Data Extraction and password resetting.
• CISCO upgrade and maintenance.
• CISCO IP Phones testing, Call manger adding, firmware upgrade, custom cptone, profile
changing.
• CISCO access point testing, image upgrade.
• In charge of the reporting system for the clients and the technical team.
• In charge of ordering items for defective equipment, configuring, adding licenses and installing.
