Preparing invoices for corporations and follow up collections then prepare related reports. Follow up Banks (Facilities - Reconciliation).
Do all voucher account J.V. -P.V-R.V.-P.C.-S.I.-SALARY - G.R. Monitor daily expenses and revenue. Follow up on customers & suppliers accounts Apply Audit general standard.
Follow up drivers & messengers allowances plus Petty cash.
Preparation of leave & indemnities staff and the provision.
Perform product inventory and fixed assets reviews
Monitor and controlling the stores.
Handling the imported purchases and preparing the cost for the merchandise sold
Do all voucher account and post: J.V. -P.V-R.V.-P.C.-S.I.-SALARY - G.R?
Participate in preparing final accounts and balance.
Monitor daily expenses and revenue.
Follow up on customers & suppliers accounts. Control all material and goods.
Issuance of Purchase Order.
Material receipt and checking.
All documentation for stores. Do inventory for all items.
