 Measuring the needed quantities on sites and placing orders.

 Making decisions that directly influences the projects, control risk and minimize uncertainty.

 Taking up the role as Foreman, Surveyor, General Forman, Quantity Surveyor, Site Agent and Project
Manager.

 Other responsibilities are planning, defining scope, developing schedules and strategic influencing.
