• Organised EPCI calls for bid for the plant and the pipelines and prepared presentations to partners; attended meetings with partners and with local authorities.
I left the Project at this stage because of retirement from TOTAL.

•Mobilised on the project at time of issue of the ITT to the selected Bidders
•Managed the EPCI clarification period with a team of 10 permanent engineers, issued the Recommendation To Award.
•Managed HSE, quality, planning and cost, during the different phases: engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical completion and hook-up,
•Managed and negotiated the change orders,
•Prepared and participated to the negotiation of the claims,
•Prepared and attended partners progress meetings.
•Provided the close out report for Topsides.
Managing the Engineering phase:
•based in Paris, supported by a team of 25 engineers to follow the 700, 000h engineering and procurement works, performed by TECHNIP,
Managing the Construction works:
•Based in Korea, with two multi-ethnic and multicultural teams of 60 persons to supervise the construction works performed on 2 different Yards, involving over 1500 workers at peak for a total of 5, 000, 000mhrs.
•Insured a special focus on Safety compliance on Korean Yards
•Managed an unexpected tow stop in CAPE TOWN to take benefit of several months delay on other project parts.
•Based in Angola, managed the offshore 500, 000 mhrs hook-up works, up to hand over to commissioning.
