Turret Contractor Site Representative on Construction Yard
SHELL has awarded the TECHNIP/SAMSUNG consortium with the Prelude FLNG EPCI contract. This turret of 30m diameter and 100m height, weights 12.000t and represents over 5.000.000 mhrs of construction works subcontracted in Dubai, before being integrated into the FLNG Hull in Korea.
•Competently managed the integrated team Shell-Technip for the supervision of the fabrication of the Turret,
•Executed strategic planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction.

Engineering Hook-up manager
TOTAL GABON has awarded an Engineering Contract to SOFRESID for the revamping of 15 platforms.
Managed a team of 5 people for:
•Estimating the amount of man-hours to be performed in prefabrication and during offshore period (over 1.000.000 offshore man-hours)
•Planning the offshore activities within key dates given by Client, considering very limited production stops,
•Writing Hook-up job specifications to define Contractor scope of work and be used as basis for Hook-up task sheets.
IFP TRAINING (Contracted)
•Performed training sessions for IFP Training in the area of Construction Management.
•Prepared material for trainings and conducted training sessions to graduated young engineers from the Oil Industry.
Onshore production plant: 50, 000bpd Heavy Oil plant and 300t/d LNG plant in South of Italia - 5, 000, 000mhrs construction, construction contracts estimated in the range of 600M€ : one Plant EPC contract, one Pipe lines contract, one Site preparation contract and several long lead items contracts).

• Successfully managed a team of 30 persons based in total Italia head offices; performed clarifications of the long lead items and issue of the contract award recommendations.

FPSO DALIA (storage 2.000.000Bbl, 220.000bpd, 27.000t topsides, 300m long, 60m wide, 6.000.000 manhours of construction) has been engineered by TECHNIP in France and built in SHI and DSME Korean construction Yards.
Topsides manager, reporting to the FPSO manager. Deputy to FPSO manager.
•Mobilised on the project at time of issue of the ITT to the selected Bidders
•Managed the EPCI clarification period with a team of 10 permanent engineers, issued the Recommendation To Award.
•Managed HSE, quality, planning and cost, during the different phases: engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical completion and hook-up,
•Managed and negotiated the change orders,
•Prepared and participated to the negotiation of the claims,
•Prepared and attended partners progress meetings.
•Provided the close out report for Topsides.
Managing the Engineering phase:
•based in Paris, supported by a team of 25 engineers to follow the 700, 000h engineering and procurement works, performed by TECHNIP,
Managing the Construction works:
•Based in Korea, with two multi-ethnic and multicultural teams of 60 persons to supervise the construction works performed on 2 different Yards, involving over 1500 workers at peak for a total of 5, 000, 000mhrs.

Managed the commissioning team of 45 Engineers, 30 vendors and 140 contractors (Hyundai Heavy Industries) and coordinated the MC team for:
