The project is a plant that will convert waste to energy where municipal solid waste of around 37.5 tonnes per hour will be incinerated producing heat which will then be used to produce steam to run a steam turbine generating 29MW of electrical power which will be supplied to the sharjah elecricity grid. Installed all the general piping, utility piping and the pumps associated to feed water, condensate, demin and raw water. Supervised the installations of all the hoists, monorails and lifting tackles and clearing all the snag and punch lists generated during the

transfer of molten aluminium to a secondary user by road with 3 trailer mounted transport crucible .  From March2013 to July2013 UAE - KITIMAT  Supervised and monitored the fabrication and installtion of structural, mechanical and process piping of a Green Anode Paste Plant for Kitimat-Canada. The Paste Plant was manufactured in modules and shipped to Canada. It was a prestigious and challenging work and was completed successfully within the stipulated time frame.

ALUMINIUM SMELTER  Was assigned the duties of a plate works and piping supervisor and then given the responsibility of Assitant Construction Manager at Liquid Pitch Marine Terminal. The project was a LSTK managed by M/s Bechtel Saudi Arabia, Fives being an EPC company my resposibilities were,
•Follow up on day to day basis with our contractor towards timely completion as per schedule.
•Liase with the engineering for any clarifications.
•Followup with the buyer and material controller for material supply.
•Attend Weekly progress reporting and schdule meetings with the project management team and the client .

at the New Doha International Airport for M/s Reel Cranes France at Qatar .  Installation of Fume Treatment Plant No 3 and Carbon Paste Plant at Qatalum (Aluminium Smelter) - Qatar for M/s FIVES Solios France.  Earlier, executed fabrication at the workshop in Bahrain for various clients -some of the works were, structures made of built up plate sections of 100mm thickness to form the roof structure and its connecting members for a prestigious ofice building for ARCAPITA Bank in Bahrain with the technical expertise of M/s Donges Stahlbau Gmbh, Raising Girders(350 Tons carrying capacity), Anode Stacking cranes(for stacking of carbon anodes used in pot shells), Furnace Tending Assemblies(240 Tons carrying capacity), Building structure, Holding & Melting furnaces for ALBA Line 5 Expansion Project - one of the biggest aluminium smelters in the gulf region, mould boxes for Bahrain Financial Harbour, expansion of R.O. plant including plant and equipment installation like pumps and membranes including commissioning (deputed as site incharge), Expideted fabrication of crane runway girders forSaudi Iron And Steel Co. K.S.A . Executed pre-fabrication and assembly of silos at the works for Solios Carbon Sohar Aluminium Plant .

SEA WATER INTAKE CHANNEL - marine structural fabrication of piling gantries for jetty, other structural works - pipe supports, trestels etc. carried out at RELIANCE PETROLEUM REFINERY Jamnagar Gujarat. b. Well caissons for Railway bridges in Mumbai at the construction site of Mls GAMMON INDIA LTD. c. Factory sheds for Sugar factories, Ethanol distilling unit all over Maharashtra state, totalling about 2500 MT.

Piping Supervisor until 1997, was promoted as Workshop Incharge for a new branch at Salalah South of Oman . Some of my assignments were  Monitered fabrication and installation of steam line piping from the boiler room to the distribution manifold at OMAN FLOUR MILLS, MUSCAT.  Installation of two calorifiers and piping, connecting the calorifiers to the steam line, fresh water line and hot water line at KHOULA HOSPITAL, MUSCAT.  Fabrication of structural steel, pre fabrication of piping, manufacturing of pressure vessels, stainless steel storage tanks, horizontal and vertical storage tanks, truck and trailer mounted tanks for fuel and water, sewage bowsers, pre-fabrication of vertical tanks of larger diameter etc. at the work shop in MUSCAT. Assignments involved with the oil sector  Represented SHELL MARKETTING (OMAN) RAYSUT OIL DEPOT, SALALAH, during the replacement of bottom plates of a JET - A1 Vertical Storage Tank of 16mtr Dia. by letter box method, including painting of bottom and first shell course and NDT., the replacement work was assigned to M/s. VIJAY TANKS AND VESSELS OMAN.  Fabrication and installation of foam lines in a live tank farm.  Supervised desludging and cleaning the internal of vertical storage tanks for DIESEL, FUEL OIL, JET A-1 and MOGAS and inspecting the bottom plates for leaks and repairing the same at SHELL MARKET tank farm.  Assisted our site incharge in a project with SHELL MARKETING OMAN at Raysut Oil Depot in installing new pipelines connecting the existing Tank Farms to the truck loading gantry. Replaced old loadingarms at the truck filling gantry. Also replaced two loading arms, for white oil and black oil at the Raysut Jetty which is used for of loading marine oil tankers.  500 KL Vertical Storage Tank for storage of diesel at KHASAB POWER STATION in KHASAB. Responsibilities were attaining permission from various ministries for the Project, Preliminaries like Soil testing, Construction of Tank Pad and Bund Wall. Fabrication & Erection of Tank at site and its connecting piping works, Installation & Erection of new loading gantry for loading and of loading fuel tankers at the power station. Additional assignments  Project Co-ordinator for construction of plant infrastructure and installation of various workshop and storage yard sheds for OMAN MINNING COMPANY, RAKHA GOLD MINE, YANQUL, IBRI.  Workshop Incharge for a new branch at Salalah South of Oman . Key responsibilities was estimating for all kinds of Steel works including blasting and coating.
