• Awareness of the Company Work Values, Quality Policy Statement, HSE Policy Statement and all project related safety aspects.
• Ensure progress of work is achieved through safety standards and quality requirements.
• Adhere to site rules and regulations.
• Ensure that the project mobilization plan is executed as planned.
• Obtain all permits for accessing the site from the authorities in coordination with the technical design team, site execution team and PRO Engineers.
• Create baseline program with the assistance of the planning department and issue to all the relevant stakeholders of the project.
• Generate detailed procurement schedule after the project kick-off meeting and forward the same to the procurement department.
• Monitor Progress and ensure that the project programme is updated accordingly.
• Double-check that all long lead and project specified material are ordered in a timely manner.
• Raise, maintain, issue and record RFI’s, CVI’s and Variations identified at site.
• Assist the post contract team with valuation detail and client payment demand.
• Study project contract documents.
• Ensure a weekly progress report is sent to the client in the agreed format with progress pictures included.
• Provide daily/weekly task breakdown to the team for carrying out the works at site.
• Establish that the necessary technical information is conveyed clearly to the subordinates and details produced where required (shop drawings, sketches, etc.)
• Mark up any deviations to the tender and issue to technical design team in liaison with the line manager.
• Report to the line manager on the site progress and issues being faced at site.
• Taking of quantities as and when required.
• Monitor and record all submissions are made to client and approvals received from client with the assistance from the Samples and Materials Department.
• Provide the issuance of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals to the client, landlord and Facility Management (FM) team.
• Awareness and effective handling of internal and external client complaints.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) and follow up on progress deliverables and delays, if any.
• Assure an efficient communication with the line manager.
• Certify that all installations at site are carried out as per the latest methods and standards of the company.

• Interprets ID Drawings supplied by the Designer to be Shop Drawings that will be used on Site.
• Communicates with Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Supervisors, Planners, Quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Interact with Clients and their Representatives (Architects, Engineers and Surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Ensures contractor and subcontractors if any are exercising their best efforts to complete the project in a manner to meet project requirements and specifications
• Plans the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Inspects quality control, health and safety matters on site;
• Raises Request for Information (RFI) addressed to
Contractors, Interior Designers or Client Representatives to gather information regarding unclear details and rectify as per the comments replied.
• Requests MEP Clearance to Main Contractors in order to proceed with Fit-Out and Finishing works especially in Ceiling Scopes.
• Receives Field Change Request (FCR) from Contractors or Interior Designers and informs the concerned party (example is Technical Department) in order to reflect the changes to Shop Drawings if the FCR is affecting Fit-Out Scope.
• Keeps the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, practical and very enthusiastic having experience in drafting duties. Specific abilities include:
• Responsible for the development of details, Technical Drawings and Shop Drawings for prefabricated bathroom pods, commercial related industries involving areas such as ID Fit-Outs, Landscaping, Villas, School, Retail Outlets, Office Buildings, High-Rise Buildings, Exhibition Stands, Interior Designs, Promotional Stands etc.
• Constructs the Working Drawings/Shop Drawings that will be needed in the production process so the design will be brought to reality.
• Coordinates with the Architects and Engineers for the details and composition of the Design of the Exhibition Stand or other Projects for the creation of the Working Drawings/Shop Drawings and make revisions if needed.
• Creates Costing of the Materials used for the development and fabrication of different projects and will be used by the Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepares complete sets of drawings of engineering projects from drawings, sketches, computer models and verbal information supplied by Designers, Engineers, and Architects.
• Experienced in interior projects and fit out or similar industries
