Prepare weekly progress report of interim installed quantities of measured materials on site. Conduct negotiations of sub contract works for supplier and contractor and request for quotations. Check claims of works not included in the BOQ and contracts. Check invoices submitted by the sub contractors and request for approval. Participate in the HSE programs of the company use for projects. Knowledge of MS EXCEL database and use for reports.

Duties:
Drafting and preparing work orders and requisitions per project requirements for minor works like equipment F&G, Security and temporary facility, piping for water, drainage, and sanitary system.
Sending letters of inquiry to suppliers and contractors for submission of quotations.
Review of tender documents and bid proposals.
Drafting of general conditions, the scope of works, and compensation of contracts.
Evaluate contractor's submitted quotations and prepare bid tabulations.
Evaluate the subcontractor's monthly progress accomplishment and submit for approval to Manager.
Checking monthly invoices submitted by subcontractors and manpower suppliers.
Prepare cash flow reports on a monthly basis. Actively participate in contractual negotiation with supplier and sub-contractors representatives. Scope for minor works includes security, temporary facilities, site consumables, scaffoldings, earthworks, Equipment, and manpower supply.

A 600 km pipeline was also constructed that connects Chad Facilities to Cameroon pump Stations that serves as the point of distribution of oil. Preparing material take-ofs (MTO) with reference to drawings, contract scope and BOQ.
