- Manages chemical cleaning projects to oil and gas industries and other applications
- Responds to client inquiries on chemical cleaning services for plant or installation pre-commisssioning, shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Estimates project costing for chemical cleaning quotation and proposals.
- Maintains client relationship in current and updated status.
- Establishes site operational procedure in coordination with the client.
- Handles project for industrial services to oil and gas industries, i.e., precommissioning/chemical cleaning of pipes, industrial cleaning, decontamination, catalyst change out, etc.

- Coordinate and check project deliverables and consolidate service entry sheets and release orders against work orders from client Manage foremen and technicians of the chemical and industrial cleaning team in the project site.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility.
- Document chemical and industrial cleaning activities through daily and weekly reports
- Plan, implement and monitor the status of work in relation to the project schedule and on-site coordination
- Participate in meetings, resolve engineering problems and other project issues and ensure solutions are implemented
Highlight:
- Metal laundry degreasing of oxygen service spools prior to erection in Shell Pearl GTL Plant, Ras Laffan City. Chemical cleaning of lube oil line of compressors in phase one of the same plant.
- Administer operations in the constructed WWTP, WTP, SpTP, SWTP plant during commissioning and process proving
- Design process of a plant by checking calculations for PFD, PID and equipment specifications
- Assist in the procurement of plant equipments based on data sheet specifications.
- Confirm all process data and equipment’s specifications are in compliance with the principal’s requirements
- Liaise with the principal (MWCI) during design submittal and coordinate necessary documents for design approval

- Recommend water treatment programs to different water utility systems, i.e., boilers, cooling towers, chillers, etc., in the steel production operations

- Conduct analyses for different quality parameters of process waters of the plant using British standards
- Carry out special projects on cleaning, de-scaling, degreasing and passivation requirements of other pipeline contractors in the plant

- Introduced SPC and histogram for different water parameters to establish process capabilities and establish KPIs for improvement
- Monitor yield of different products and make sure company yield policy is attained through product reliability, failure analysis, FMEA, QC Tools, SPC and Six Sigma.
- Report and meet regularly to Japanese managers and engineering counterparts in other SD organizations in Southeast Asia to tackle technical aspects on product failure, process improvement, and notification on specifications change.
Highlight:
- Led the team which significantly raised the yield of Axial 2 diodes from 96% to 99.5% by eliminating the plating problem on black leads due to bi-polar phenomenon
- Supervise Pretreatment and Electrodeposition (PT-ED) System operation and performance.
- Schedule RO/UF membrane and cartridge filter maintenance.
- Conduct testing using JIS methods of paint quality of automotive parts.
