-Management & Leadership: Overseeing complete joinery production operations to meet project deadlines maintaining standard quality control of joinery and furniture finished products.
-Planning and Schedule: Preparing feasible delivery dates connected to material procurement, manpower capability, site readiness and factory workflow.
-Drawing & Cost Management: Ensuring execution of works align with production drawing specifications and within budget constraints.
-HSE Policy: Enforcing safety measures among workers & machineries within the factory all the time to prevent damage to property and harm to employees.

-Coordinating project executions from conceptions to hand-over by communicating with stakeholders, designers, site engineers and sub-contractors to ensure project success.
-Attending meeting with clients, main/subcontractors, suppliers during project implementation stage.
-Reviewing all the shop/construction drawings and supplier contracts for the proper implementation & execution in site.
-Preparing and submitting project status reports to management in preparation of progress billing.
-Supervising and monitoring in-house fabrication of customized/bespoke furniture items related to site development ensuring delivery dates achieved.

-Working with the production and engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliveries of products are being met.
-Evaluating material specification documents, shop drawings & schedules of implementation to produce quantity take off and required for quotation.
-Preparing cost estimate to present to senior estimator.
-Attending pre-qualification site meetings with other bidders for the bid proposal.

-In-charge in releasing as-built drawings of JUBAIL COMMERCIAL SEA PORT compound and its facility for requestor as Port protocol.
-Responsible for the release and issuance of drawings for the Contractors & Renting Companies inside the port.
-Attend meetings to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors.
-Supervising and reviewing all the drawings drawn in CADD files.

-Conceptualizing and formulating building concept design up to preparing of 2D & 3D drawing presentations
-Reviewing & modifying design and tender drawings to coordinate with other disciplines such as: structural & electromechanical departments.
-Preparing detailed drawings to be submitted to appropriate government agencies.
-Do ocular site inspection and submitting progress report.
-Designating and reviewing works of draftsmen.

-Make Construction Site ocular inspection.
-Prepare regular reports of projects as per Construction Site Conditions.
-Attend meetings with other design group members, project consultants & other sub-contractors.
-Attend pre-bidding qualification meetings.
-Make Construction Site ocular inspection.

-Prepare accurate shop drawings of various complex projects of Architectural and Structural Discipline and prepare As-Built Drawings.
-Prepare regular reports of projects as per Construction Site Conditions.
-Attend meetings with other design group members, project consultants & other sub-contractors.
-Make materials requisition to be used in the project.
