• Provided consulting services to private and public sector clients in hospitality, tourism, education and customer services.
Project highlights:
o Conducted a market assessment and business plan for an upcoming museum with an estimated revenue of € 25million. Work stream included the analysis of UAE's and Dubai's tourism sector, competitive benchmarking, assistance in footfall forecast, ticket pricing, benchmarking of cost and revenue drivers with similar tourist attractions for income statement projection.
o Conducted a market assessment for a laundry service provider to enter into a new € 17million market. The project consisted of mapping laundry players in the UAE, estimated the addressable market opportunity, project growth, analysis of healthcare laundry market characteristics.
o Performed a financial feasibility study and a business plan review for the proposed construction of a new school. Exercise included benchmarking comparable schools following the same curriculum and sensitivity analysis.
o Performed a commercial due diligence for a hotel valued at € 135million. Analysis comprised of Dubai’s tourism and hospitality market, evaluating the validity of operating projections provided by management.

• Led team on business development strategy to conceptualize new products such as an IoT device generating € 250, 000 in revenue, a sales team support app and e-learning platform.
• Managed the construction planning process for two 20, 000m² industrial lubricants plants in China within budget and schedule. Plants have the capacity to produce stock generating € 35million.
• Led two Chinese Project Managers and teams consisting of production, laboratory, and finance department for greenfield plant concept development and adjusted plan with German HQ CEO, CFO & COO.
• Chose third parties to work with, and selected materials ensuring value and quality.
• Led meetings with third parties such as Design Institute for blueprint development and process engineering.
