I am responsible for people management and ensuring growth of businesses for all divisions of the group.
Overall responsible for aligning the HR functions in lines with the Vision of the Group's CEO at Awal Plastics, Bahrain..
At Right Resources, I was hired to start the HR function in the group as per need of the industry.
Totally responsible and accountable for HR, Training, Administration as also PR functions of the group companies
Was overall responsible for Personnel, Administration & Security aspect of the Jewelry manufacturing unit in EOU, Seepz.
Was responsible for HR & Administrative function of the Marketing division of the company.
Started my career in the HR with this company. Joined as Management trainee and promoted as Sr. Officer and Executive HRD of the company. Was responsible for recruitment of Graduate Engineers/Diploma Engineers and Commercial Trainees of the organisation and organisation training modules as per outcome of Performance Management system.
I have grown in hierarchy from Administrative assistants post to Administrator's post in ten years time. Have worked in Mumbai, India, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Ph.D. Doctorate in Management awarded in December 2014. Topic for Thesis was - "Effective Leadership and Job Satisfaction - two factors for Organisational success"
