• Reviewing and redesigning the job descriptions in accordance with the functional statements to ensure they align with the job characteristics.
• Working with Microsoft Visio to modify/redesign the Organization Structure and the Grade Mapping.
• Maintain/Update the Dashboard for the OD department by using Microsoft Power BI.
• Manage/Maintain the employee data - Data analysis
• Control RAC Manpower Headcount - Resignations, Pipelines, and Control Staffing Requests
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors - Position code and add employees to the system...etc.
• Handling the Performance Cycle - KPIs settings, Creating the employee performance template, making sure the managers are setting the objectives for their employees, and End-year Evaluation/Grievance.
• Maintain/Update Employment records — Through using Human Resources Management System Software (HRMS) and tracking the progress.
• Maintain/Create HR documents — Organizational charts, employee handbooks, performance evaluation forms, and designing company policies.
• Documenting/Recording Information — Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
• Communicating with Supervisors or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Create Detailed Weekly Reports on HR Services.
• Monitoring internal HR systems as well as databases.
