I worked as a volunteer for King Abdulaziz & His Companions Foundation for the Gifted (From 25th of July till 29th of August, 2006)
I worked as an Administrative Coordinator in King Fahad Medical City at the Children's Hospital and I achieved the following work:
•Reports to the Hospital's Director.
•Coordinates administrative affairs and needs of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
•Coordinates with the Admission and Appointment Department.
•Coordinates with departments inside the Children Hospital like Emergency Room (ER) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unite (PICU).
•Coordinates with departments outside Children Hospital like Nursing, Patient Affairs, Store, etc.
•Helping in translation. (Policy and procedure, forms, and reports)
•Assigned as a Clinical programs coordinator.
•Assigned as Representative of the Out Patient Department in the Quality and Management Department.
