• Simultaneously manage the claims and variation orders of multiple projects.
• Create BOQs, breakdown structures, and quantity surveying schedules for Variation
Orders.
• Negotiate Variation Orders with clients to ensure the client satisfaction while maintaining
the Contractor s profitability.
• Track the updated contract price taking into account each approved VO and/or Claim.
• Routinely update & track Earned Value logs, turnover logs as well as Payment Logs for
accurate measurement of project progress and financials.
• Create & Manage a Claims log to track the Claims of all projects.
• Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusts budget projections
accordingly.
o Price analysis & Cost estimation for civil items
o Holding all co-ordination details.
o Ensures different components of a project remain interlinked.
o Preparing all shop drawings for project.
o Quantities surveying & builder of works for B.O.Q.
o Preparing lists of (sub-contractors and materials) for the projects tender.
o Preparing & review the submittals (sub-contractors and materials),
Inspection requests and delivery material inspections according to the
accommodated specifications
o Prepare purchase & manufacture order for materials.
o Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
o Interacting and coordinating to help resolving any unexpected technical
difficulties, and other problems that may arise
o Preparing tender schedule for the project and contract template.
o Estimation and procurement for the projects.

IV. Azzad Compound
- Review and design drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection
details;
- Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing;
- Prepare Quantities surveying as excavation, filling, steel reinforcement, concrete quantities for house,
building, etc., .
- Analyze all the given data and documents of the project;
- Design shop drawings for works and submit it for endorsement before execution;
- Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works;
- Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision;
- Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor;
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
