Responsible for a whole building, The Edge, consisting of 5 floors. This project was completed in Feb ’17 and I was deeply involved in both the project management as well as the office setup and facilities side of things. I must say this is another great win in my career.
My day to day tasks include things like:
• Administrative support to the Real Estate & Facilities department.
• Preparing of purchase order requisitions and justifications
• Assistance in submittal of annual purchase order budgets.
• Tracking vendor/budget spend on a monthly basis.
• Obtaining pricing information from suppliers.
• Vendor management.
• Move coordination of office moves.
• Scheduling of resources such as conference rooms, equipment and setup.
• Managing the receptionists
• Managing maintenance and cleaning contractors
• Dealing with project managers and man contractor to monitor all issues relating to the Project DLP and closing
• Liaising with building landlord to make sure no issues occur
• Leasing with Security team and manager both on the ground and globally to ensure all is running according to security policy
