- Contributed in the research and design of two departments in VMO: Shared Services and the Internal Communications.

SEDA Financial Committee Vision Development Proposal
- Contributed in the development of a project proposal to transform the operations and experiences of the Financial Committee chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman.
- Designed and facilitated an internal workshop to develop a high-level vision for the committee to guide the transformation program
- Translated the outcomes of the vision development workshop into scenarios that described the potential reality of the vision realization

Najm Workshop, 2017
- Contributed in the design and facilitation of a one-day workshop with Najm’s CEO and executives to create awareness of the innovation importance and the implementation of the design thinking process.

Facilitated 2-day collaborative workshop, leading participations through development of vision and business plan for Annual “Geekend” Event.

Created and delivered ethnographic research presentation describing culture of Savannah’s Airport.

Presented an ethnographic research on culture of Savannah Airport to airport’s internal marketing team and executives.

Curriculum Design.

Actively participated in small project group to create marketing campaign for 2nd Annual Women’s Fund Grant Making Gala, aimed at reaching audience of potential donors and sponsors.

Collaborated with small project group on intensive promotional campaign design and strategy for marketing of professional business products geared toward women.

Supervised all finance planning and operations aspects for major fashion show event organized by Family & Consumer Sciences Department.

• Reviewed job evaluation and market salary analysis and did comparison as part of the compensation studies.
• Gained knowledge in some areas of Human resources functions, such as, job analysis, job descriptions and job evaluation as well as grading structure and salary market surveys.
• Worked on compensation structures staring with evaluating the job using eight parameters point system designed by GABEL Consultants, including Knowledge required, years of experience, supervisory level, financial responsibility, etc.
