- Responsible of the actuarial analysis of the General insurance lines and providing actuarial
support to all the company’s lines

queries and insure company’s compliance with the regulations
- Building the company’s actuarial department by hiring actuaries and analysts and providing
them with the needed technical training and best practice techniques
- Developing an internal actuarial claims reserving model to estimate the IBNR reserves for all the
LOBs by assessing different methodologies

rating agencies and responsible of providing the needed technical requirements and answering

implementation of the standard
- Building a business performance dashboard to monitor different business KPIs and provide
recommendation to the top management on a regular basis in order to maintaina profitable
business and meet the company’s targets
- Responsible of presenting and discussing the business performance, claims reserves,
underwriting results and pricing strategy to the Board Of Directors on a regular basis
- Developing actuarial models for pricing
- Writing the Actuarial department’s policy and procedures, reviewing underwriting manuals and

testing and roll forward analysis for life products for insurance companies in the Middle East and
the Gulf region
