- Responsible of the actuarial analysis of the General insurance lines and providing actuarial
support to all the company’s lines
- Responsible of the actuarial and technical regulatory deliverables, responding to regulator’s
queries and insure company’s compliance with the regulations

them with the needed technical training and best practice techniques

- Building a business performance dashboard to monitor different business KPIs and provide
recommendation to the top management on a regular basis in order to maintaina profitable
business and meet the company’s targets
- Responsible of presenting and discussing the business performance, claims reserves,
underwriting results and pricing strategy to the Board Of Directors on a regular basis
- Developing actuarial models for pricing
- Writing the Actuarial department’s policy and procedures, reviewing underwriting manuals and
policy wordings for different lines
- Developed a no-claims discount pricing model to provide discounts to policyholders with clean
records
- Project Manager of the Motor Telematics program, aligning individuals driving behaviors with

testing and roll forward analysis for life products for insurance companies in the Middle East and
the Gulf region
