Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management: Direct and supervise the comprehensive processing of all accounts payable, ensuring precise and timely fulfillment of financial obligations.
- Accounts Receivable Oversight: Administer the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring the prompt collection and accurate documentation of all incoming payments.
- Monthly Financial Closing: Execute and oversee the monthly financial closing procedures, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
- VAT Compliance and Reporting: Lead the preparation, submission, and compliance of VAT declarations, adhering to stringent local regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Coordination with the Ministry of Finance: Facilitate and maintain robust communication channels with the Ministry of Finance, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and effective policy compliance.
-External Audit Coordination: Manage and streamline the collaboration with external auditors, guaranteeing accurate financial reporting and facilitating seamless audit processes.
- MENA Region Account Support: Provide consistent and high-level accounting support to the company’s entities within the MENA region, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations on a daily basis.
