To provide technical support to the Case Managers and ensure that they work according to project guidelines and best practice principles

Core Responsibilities:
Leads the preparation of comprehensive case studies, needs assessments of received cases, and provides recommendations; follows up on active issues and conducts periodic site- -re-investigations;
Supervises case assignments, draft service plans, review cases progress and determine case closure;
Ensures the fulfillment of the work plan in accordance with the general objectives of the programme and provides technical, administrative, and logistical support necessary for the implementation of the different activities of the programme;
Develops plans for quick crisis intervention, whenever needed;
Supervises the Case Managers and fosters the development of team spirit; Strengthens ties with the main actors (not directly involved in the programme) in the psychosocial field in the region they are responsible for;
Works closely with the Project manager on implementing the Case Management approach in line with best practices, including providing feedback on the case management system and supporting programmatic development;
Develops case plans that respond to the needs addressed in initial and comprehensive assessments and seek the support of supervisor when necessary;
Regularly follows up to ensure all services and action points listed in the case plan are carried out within agreed time frames, ensures that progress is regularly reviewed;
Provides technical support and guidance, coaching and mentoring, and debriefing the Case Managers using a strengths-based approach;
Formulates and implements skills development plans for the staff related to the Case Management approach and developed referral system;
Cultivates cohesive case management teams that have a focus on self-care both on an individual and a group level, that value cooperation, skill sharing, reflective practice, and mutual support;
Provides periodic reporting on cases, and reports to the Project Manager concerning the project achievements, successes, challenges, and indicators as well as their progress.


Managerial Responsibilities:
Manages the team by evaluating the team members' performance, provides feedback on an on-going basis, identifies development needs, and coaches them to ensure on-going capability development.
Identifies training needs and organizes trainings for the department on various aspects on which the role holder has responsibilities.

In my role, I'm responsible for efficiently managing cases and leading a team. I prepare detailed case studies, assess needs, and make recommendations while keeping a close eye on ongoing issues. I also supervise case assignments, service plans, and ensure our work aligns with our program's objectives.

During crises, I develop intervention plans and work closely with the Project Manager to implement best practices. I support and mentor Case Managers, emphasizing their strengths and well-being. Additionally, I build strong teams that value cooperation and skill sharing, fostering a positive work environment.

On the managerial side, I evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback, and organize training to enhance our skills. Overall, my role involves effective case management, leadership, and team development, all while ensuring transparency through regular reporting.

1. Case Management:

• Treat survivors and other vulnerable beneficiaries with respect, kindness and in a caring manner, always maintaining confidentiality and based on survivors’ needs and wishes.

3. Awareness-raising

• Work closely with other staff to sensitize community members to GBV and our services are available within the women’s centers.
• Contribute to the analysis of GBV caseload, in order to provide feedback on needs and gaps to community workers.
• Work closely with the community workers to provide outreach to encourage survivors to come forward and seek assistance.
