• Formulated a five year city strategy for a prominent GCC city. The project included the design of numerous initiatives, policies and innovations that allowed the city to harness current strengths and assets to achieve aimed city rankings.

• Updated the 2005-2010 strategy of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). The role included heavy research and analysis of Saudi’s macro-economic data, economic sectors. The work also included formulating SAGIA’s new vision and mission as well as key strategic themes for SAGIA to follow in its new 2010-2015 strategy.

• Developed key initiatives that aimed to revitalize the social and economic sectors in a prominent GCC city. The initiatives looked to improve the overall performance of the economy, enhance the citizen’s experience as well as help maintain government performance performing on a global level.

• Updated the 2011-2013 strategy of the Ministry of Interior in the UAE and developed the vision, mission, and strategic goals. Additionally, developed a set of initiatives that address security issues on a local and federal level.

• Developed a strategy operating and an operating model for a briefing unit that reported to the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Prime Minister of a prominent GCC country.

• Solely created an assessment focusing on potential strategic roles and areas of focus for Saudi Arabia in the global Islamic economy which was well received by both senior PwC management and SAGIA.

• Assessed, modified and updated SAGIA’s 2011 business plan. Based on the results, worked on developing the entity’s balanced business plan for 2012 as well as linking it to its 2010-2015 strategic objectives and goals.

• Developed an economic development outlook report for the Emirate of Sharjah. The report highlights the major economic achievements in the emirates as well as the future of investments, cultural, tourism and economic development and opportunities in the emirate.
