•Set up and configure IT operations, including servers, hardware and software and support team activities and availability within the site, so that team members work most efficiently and effectively.
•Provide technical support; assist in the design deployment, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
•Consistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with high-quality support
•Proactively and effectively communicate status, plan-of-action and resolution of reported issues
•Effectively manage case escalations to tier 3 technical support while maintaining customer communications
•Oversee multiple cases and prioritize based upon customer and business needs
•Work with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day-to-day operations as defined by the supervisor
•Co-operate with other teams as required to identify and report defects, finding incident fixes and validating enhancement requests, to the satisfaction of the customer and all team members
•Manage calls and tasks on the system and ensure compliance with SLAs, and to organize and support the team to track project deliverables; to ensure successful results.
-Handling & managing a Communication Infrastructure ATOPS Infrastructure project in Royal Saudi Air force.
-Duration from Oct 2011 till Apr 2012.
+ Task & responsibilities:
Participated in the development of plans, to obtain clarity of goals, milestones, deliverables and implement process for completion of assigned project.
- Follow processes that will facilitate project progress reviews.
-Review the project deliverable with contract requirements. Identify areas / points that are not listed as / defined as deliverable with appropriate acceptance criteria.
-Ensure timely co-ordination is done with all Government / Defense authorities so that necessary clearances, approvals, authorization etc. are obtained well in time.
-All issues / risks / dependencies are to be managed properly without any delays. These are to be escalated to appropriate authorities to facilitate timely solutions.
- Maintain regular contact / interaction with all stakeholders especially the customer.
- To maintain proper documentation of the project as follows:
a. Plans
b. Implementation schedule
c. Weekly progress report
d. Minutes of meetings
