Directly Managing all WASH infrastructure, activities being implemented.
-Managing all project related staff for each of the WASH teams that contribute to program field teams and ensuring that they are fully involved in program planning, direction, and implementation.
-Provide technical inputs and guidance and ensure that technical quality and standards are considered during project implementation.
-Ensure required input from Technical Coordinators are taken into consideration.
-Prepare and regularly update the work plan, inform line manager on constrains in project implementation and potential delays.
-Collect technical information and analyze associated opportunities and risks on projects implementation and development.
-Represent, Coordinate and Liaise with project partners and key stakeholders such as local administrations, ministries, NGOs, communities and others where required.
-Develop team capacity at both the individual and group level by organizing/ facilitating trainings internally or through specialist agencies / individuals.

-Work under the supervision of the Deputy Program Manager in the design and implementation of WASH plans and activities in camps.
-Support the team and take the lead in water supply issues in the camp.
-Support the team and take the lead in waste management and sanitation issues in the projects.
-Support activities of latrines cleaning and desludging in camp.
-Participate in and support technical assessments.
-Report on the work, the advancement of the activities and the possible difficulties.
-Manage WASH team and represent the NGOs with the local authorities Training of field assistants and monitors.
-Follow-up attendance sheet for assistants, monitors and workers.
-Collect photos, documents and information of program implementation and ensure that donor visibility is respected.
-Submit activity reports.
-Plan ahead difficulties and participate in finding efficient solutions
-Ensure that all documents are correct and archived.
-Supporting other activities and field teams if required.
-Coordination with other departments regarding signing contracts and distributing workers' salaries.
-Check new workers and monitors every month.
-Follow up water activities for all the facilities in the camp.
-Follow up cleaning activities for all the facilities in the camp.
-follow up with WASH data team and update daily WASH data.
