* Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures
* Maintaining the work structure by creating and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
* Recruiting, testing, and candidate selection, exit interviews and provides recommends changes
* Initiates and approves job evaluations/actions within the Human Resources Department in accordance with policies
* Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
* Prepares all manpower status reports and various other reports as required
* Manages HR to ensure quality services and promote positive employee relations
* Completing HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
* Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
* Contributing towards team effort by accomplishing required results
* Supervises other department’s operations
* Creating and updating job descriptions.
* Implementing and revising the hospital compensation program.
* Conducting studies to determine manpower needs.
* Developing, revising and recommending policy and procedures.
* Doing all Local and international Recruitment and Promotion Processes
* Taking care of different recruitment events
* Dealing with other recruitment issues
Internship at Recruitment Department
* Handling letters and transactions that require approval of chamber of commerce or embassies or consulates belonging to the institution or the institution's staff.
* Responsible of renewal and termination of staff contracts.
* Determine the dates of the vacations in the end of each year for all employees.
* Prepare and follow-up letters of transfer sponsorship.
* Prepare letters of who wants to get it from the staff
* Knowing the rules of Labor office - GOSI - medical insurance.
* Handling letters and transactions that require approval of chamber of commerce or embassies or consulates belonging to the institution or the institution's staff.
