Achievements and job description:
Managing the office, engineering, technical department and achieve annual revenues in winning contracts and projects.
-Making the annual plan, budget and develops project controls to ensure that objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

-Dealing with suppliers and governmental sectors.
-Apply for projects.
- Communicate regularly, developing strong relationships across the organization and stakeholders.
Coordinate between 6 projects around kingdom and reporting top management and owners of projects. Follow up all projects managers daily requirements, arrange them suppliers and subcontractors payments every week. Reporting the projects manager and solve any problems. Follow up the time schedule for each project, make sure about all materials orders and what time well be arrive. And so on…
A big first major company in water drainage in Saudi Arabia with 1.2 billion SR projects. I worked in it as a Project Manager, manage 2 projects in Riyadh and reporting CEO every week about obstacles and projects requirements, and making Invoice / Extract to the owners. Follow up payments and achieve PMO system in company.
It is a mega project for ITCC (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION COMPLEX) cost 2.150 billion SR, Consists of 12 clusters. I handled cluster number 6 which is cost 350 million SR and consists of 4 floors buildings and basement, underground cars garage, Mosque and football stadium.
I lead a team of senior civil engineer, civil site engineer, senior MEB engineer, senior ELEC engineer, foremen and 200 labors, cranes and equipment.
We put weekly schedule to finish concrete works and try to be ahead of time schedule. But our rules in my cluster as a SAFTY FIRST.
Manage the cluster by PMO system
Initially I trained at Projacs before graduate for 3
Month at ORIX Building in maa’thr St which is owned by Saudi Investment Bank, after graduate I I've been officially hire in Projacs as a site civil engineer and worked on Parking Building which is owned by SAIB.
Then South Wings project “head office of SAIB” as a site engineer. After that I handled AlRhawda Branch for SAIB as a Project Manager. When I finished it I worked in Ministry Of Education project as a civil engineer.
I learned how to work as a team, how to plan, how to respect labors.
