Administration:

• Developed and implemented strategies to improve the operational efficiency of the section.

• Handling the process of medical insurance such as issuing & cancellation, Approvals, and reimbursement.

Administration & Security:
• Managing the Administrative security department & distributing the tasks
• Managing the watching system & following up with the vendor for any maintenance required
• Handling the staff bus lines as per the employee’s address.
• Following up with the staff bus provider for the annual contract to be valid on time
• Issuing & finalizing the invoices for the staff bus of the employee & the limousine for the section heads by the end of the month

Official factory license & legal requirements :

• Following up with all the company’s licenses such as (Boiler & Generator - Trucks, Tails, Cars Traffic License- Building Licenses, Operating & store licenses)
• Following up with the providers' contract end date so as to email the related department to renew the contract.
• Follow with the advertised license annual renewal on the cars & the roads

Quality assurance and internal audit

• update as planned internal evaluation of compliance regarding the legal requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to Senior Internal Auditors / Team Leader Experts, as assigned by the Director to effectively perform daily operations and enable effective execution and reviews of audit tasks.
• Evaluate internal controls, apply professional audit techniques, prepare audit work papers, develop solutions, and document findings as part of conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits at Internal Audit clients.
• Provide Inputs and participate in the annual audit program and plan
