Assist Regional Director in operating the spare parts
distribution network.
Monitor and ensure on-time supply of spare parts as per
orders.
Report unavailable spare parts to main management
promptly.
Coordinate with the main department to supply required
parts.
Suggest Parts Inventory & Pricing Manager for adjusting the
stock levels according to the demand.
Conduct regularly the stock balancing of Key items.
Coordinate and follow-up with the Parts Operation Controller
for on-time dispatch of the key items to all branches.
Ensure the availability of the key items for the new model
vehicle before the launch.
Analyze customers order daily to assist the concern branch
for the supply arrangement of the key items.
