Review and advise in Corporate Governance matters, internal Policies, Process and Procedures. Prepare and review E- invoicing implementation. Manage a team to prepare and review Zakat, TAX, VAT and WHT Return on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per the relevant regulatory filing and reporting requirements. Responsible for designing, developing and delivering clients’ tax strategy. Preparing payments, objections and settlements for Zakat, VAT, and Tax. Advise and review clients’ contracts to identify any impact and provide solutions and recommendations for the Zakat and Tax issues.
Tax & Zakat Senior Manager. Prepare and review Zakat, TAX, VAT and WHT filing on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per the relevant regulatory reporting requirements. Responsible for designing, developing and delivering Clients’ tax strategy. Preparing Zakat and Tax payments and the monthly reports for GAZT and the management. Also support in review of Clients’ contract to identify any impact and provide solutions and recommendation for the zakat and tax issues.

Collection Policy Head, Enforcement Deputyship,
This position is involved in the preparation of the Policies, Collection Manual and the compliance of the Operation and Collection, prepetition of specific reports, updating and alignment of polices with legislation, monitoring collection department frame work and processes and procurers.
VAT Filing Head, Manages the strategy and treatment process (rejection, amendment or request for more
information) of filing anomalies detected during the validation of the VAT return submitted by the taxpayers.
Monitors the workload of filing supervisors and officers and re-assigns filing work items if need be. Reports
on filing unit performance. Manages a team of 30 Filing staff.
I was lucky to be part of the implementation of VAT, in Saudi araba, as a VAT Filing Section Head. Later on, I was involved in the Risk Assessments of the Zakat filing form. Currently, i am the acting Section Head of Collection Policy and quality.
Responsibilities includes supervision for all accounts and
handling Audit firm, work using oracle.Sys
Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying
of raw materials, Consumable items, spare part.
Preparation of Annual Reports and for General Assembly meetings/
Managing Raising Donations team, Educational supervision and running the headquarter.
Handing clerical work using oracle sys. Including sick leave, vacation and social insurance
