Responsible for the achievement of sales, profit, distribution and market share objectives in the West region, Saudi Arabia. Handling the distributor for the sales achievement, trade marketing activities, sales & marketing team journey plans.
• Handling the sales team (25 salesman) indirectly through our distributor and a team of 14 merchandisers under my supervision
• Responsible for the target achievement in the central region (120 Million dollars turnover)
• Handling the region across all channels, DSD, Key accounts and wholesalers
• Implementing the company cycles in terms of new product launch, availability and distribution
• Customer engagement programs through advocacy strategy
• Key achievements are the increase of DSD coverage from 1, 700 point of sales to 2, 750 point of sales in Jeddah.
• Develop & implement Sales and communication strategies aligned with the marketing AOP
