- Plan and Execute participation with UAE Career Fair, Dubai Airshow, Middle East Geospatial Technologies forum, and World Space Risk Forum.
- Planed and executed Internal events and campaigns (Blood Donation day, National Day Celebrations, Social Cooperate events, Ramadan Iftar, EIAST Anniversary, EIAST Awarding Ceremony)
- Obtained The membership of The International Astronautical Federation for EIAST in 2012
- Nominates and assigned as member of Event Security Committee with Dubai Police by Director General in 2013

Duties Included:
- Handling Recruitment process for UAE nationals and None UAE Nationals (attracting, screening, shortlisting, conducting initial interviews, recruitment planning according to positions, Negotiating and convincing candidates, arranging interviews with line managers and directors, preparing documentation and contracts and all recruitment related tasks)

- Participated in testing and interviewing over 500 Blue Collar employees “Workers” with a recruitment agency and hiring over 100 workers on an international Recruitment Campaign in India
- Convinced and Recruited a General Managers, 10 Managers and over 20 UAE nationals within 1 year of joining.
- Helped with Managing Ducab Annual Party, UAE National gatherings, Iftar Dinners for Ducab Muslim Employees, Suhoor Dinner for Ducab Clients
- Planned and executed participation with UAE Careers. Tawdheef Careers in Abudhabi, RAK Career Fair.
- Planned and Executed participation with Career Days in local Universities and Schools around UAE (Mainly in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and AlAin)
Reason to Change the Job: the university closed down
Duties Included:
- Conducting knowledge sessions and Tours around facility for the prospect students and parents and participate in answering their questions and delivering information about University’s courses
- Following and Maintain Admissions procedures
- Communicate and follow up with students to complete application process

- Maintain databases of prospective students and Cross check students credentials and certificates to ensure that they are real.
