Preparing financial analyses and reports.

1. -Produces accounting group financial reports and monthly/quarterly/yearly statistics.
2. - Communicate pending changes in accounting rules and regulations to senior management which carry financial or operational implications and partner with senior management to resolve them.
3. - Analyze accounts and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits.
4. - Serves as the principal liaison with the Company's external auditors and internal auditor to ensure smooth annual and quarterly financial statements

challenging submissions and seeking synergies upon consolidation.
Generates and finalizes reports, conducts variance analysis for operating
and capital budgets which may include financial charts, cash flow

year performance and other trend analysis.
Tracks, measures, and updates the financial KPIs. Recommends action

Applies internal control over financial transactions, and exercises thorough
reconciliation efforts to project financial risks. Ensures proper narratives
are maintained with respect to business and financial processes.
Understands and applies advanced accounting and finance knowledge;
advises budget owners and financial managers and makes
recommendations on complex issues.
Manages the month and end of year tasks in terms of closing entries in the
financial accounting system and ensures the appropriate analysis and
documentation are in place

assigned including, but not limited to booking, reconciling, and reports on,
cash, AR, AP modules for Gari Free Zone Area.
