• Managing daily O&M activities (PM, CM) for the ELV Systems.
• Manpower managing, task assignment & execution of the plans.
• Coordination with CAFM team to raise & close the CM & PM tasks.
• Coordinate with the supplier & subcontractor at the site.
• To execute the PPM activities (PTW, LOTO etc.) on monthly/quarterly basis.
• Daily reporting to the concerned Engineer about the site activities.
• Maintain HSE standards at the site.
• Preparing monthly duty roster / shift schedule, for the technicians
• Task assignment to the technicians.
• Preparing work report.
• Daily reporting to the Concerned Senior Supervisor about the project activities
• Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigning including manpower, material planning, scheduling, & to ensure its proper execution.
• Manages the technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams and assigns tasks to each team to accomplish it within the allocated time.
• Maintain records & files, prepare reports & feedback to engineer.
• Carry out PPM of various equipment as per schedule.
• Controlling, monitoring & overseeing manpower at workplace.
• Coordination with contractors, sub contactors and various equipment suppliers.
• Maintain working knowledge of state-of-the-art tools, software, etc., through reading and/or attending conferences, workshops or other training program.
Working as a Testing Engineer in Kevin Power Solutions Ltd. from 1 June 2012 to till present.
