• Being a leading member in the PWA Covid/Min Wage compensation task. Overseen and managed the compensation
process for all Contractors which were under our department.
• Reviewed and developed the existing process of claims management and dispute resolution, while enhancing the
efficiency, productivity, and control of this process.
• Provided advice on appropriate claims minimization strategies.
• Attended and lead monthly review meetings and prepared progress reports and minutes of progress meetings, while
reviewing and identifying contra-issues if any.
• Conducted meetings to analyse the status of projects, and specifically analysing the contractual aspects of these projects,
while preparing plans to minimise the claims occurrence in the remaining project duration.
• Liaised with the Legal department, Contract department, Committee, Engineering Services Department, and other
departments, during the claim issuance process.
• Conducted various procurement and contracts management tasks.
• Ensured the secureness of pricing information and the confidentiality of commercial evaluations.
• Monitored the progress and performance of Contractors.
• Reviewed various variations to determine their completeness and ensure that no variations are issued without detailed
scope of work, sketches/drawings or the Material Take off list.
• Prepared and managed the Contract Settlement and Closeout of various projects.

purpose is achieved.
