efficiency, productivity, and control of this process.

• Attended and lead monthly review meetings and prepared progress reports and minutes of progress meetings, while
reviewing and identifying contra-issues if any.
• Conducted meetings to analyse the status of projects, and specifically analysing the contractual aspects of these projects,
while preparing plans to minimise the claims occurrence in the remaining project duration.
• Liaised with the Legal department, Contract department, Committee, Engineering Services Department, and other
departments, during the claim issuance process.
