1. Performs an initial study to the Request for Proposals (RFP)/ Enquiry

2. Assigns number and title to the new proposals and jobs in coordination with relevant Business Line.

3.Manage the coordination and follow up process with the relevant Business Line and other departments during the proposal preparation.

4. Communicates with the client for any clarification on the queries resulting from the preparation of the proposal.

5. Prepares the proposal in its final form including all information and documents requested in the RFP for the COO signature.

6. Coordinates with the administration department and branches, courier etc. to send the proposal as directed by the Client so as to arrive on the due date and time.

7. Prepares standard contracts or reviews and comments on the contracts prepared by others.
