Following all the maintenance works inside the nile towers and assign tasks to the engineers.
Handling the administrative tasks such as creating the newsletter, tracking invoices, targeting new projects.
Find the suitable product and choose the best offer, improving relations with suppliers to assure the best deals, and updating the Suppliers database.
Successfully reorganized the monthly and the weekly reports.
Responsible for improving and developing strong relationships with all captains on the company’s system.
Constant communication with Careem captains.
Ensure all captains follow Careem customer standards.
Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly
Route incoming telephone calls from old clients.
Do overseas calls to sell products in USA such as smart tv's, international calls and vacations.
Following up the completed transactions with customers to insure the product has been revised.
Helped implement new telephone system
•Participated in most of the activities such as: packing food and medicines, cloths fairs, selecting cloths, helping orphans, huge charity events.
•The main aim was to do our best to help poor and insure that they will be satisfied.
•Travelling and exploring more local areas to put it down in our schedule.
•Working on homeless kids to insure a safe environment for living like letting them participate in summer activities to keep them away from streets
