ensure maximum revenue for management, Establish communication channels to interact with customers in order
to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problems, Organize training programs to enhance the job
skills and performance of hotel personnel, Monitor the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase
requisitions of each hotel department, Inspect hotel stores to check available stock and determine the need for
stocking, Hire contractors and deal with vendors to ensure provision of high quality products and services,
Schedule work shifts and tasks to hotel staff according to their specialty, Set and adjust the rates for different
services according to their quality level.

Managing, planning, and directing Human Resources functions and Personnel activities which include
Recruitment and development of employees, employee relations administration and communication
and implementation of the company's policies and procedures; Monthly attendance and Payroll, preparing
job offer and contract; renewal iquama and all government relation issue.

managing and motivating staff; looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency; being aware of competitors, market trends and customer expectations; ensuring standards for quality

Being ultimately responsible for the restaurant, the staff and the clients. Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant in all areas.
