- In charge of the IT operations in the World Bank office in Yemen.

- Act as Project Manager for the installation of computer and electrical network for the WB office in Yemen, including more than 200 network point and 4 fiber links and V-Sat systems and moving the NCR (Network Center Room) from it's the temporary place to the permanent place.
- Coordinate the project of moving from old Notes emails system to new O365).
- Connecting VC and AC between sites inside and outside the bank network in all the countries on the world.
- Complete an internal project called ED7 (Enterprise Desktop 7), which includes changing all the laptops and move users with their profiles to a new models and new WB systems.
- In charge of making any contract with external suppliers for
Computer/Printer/Photocopiers.
- Represent WB in any regional meetings.
- In charge of backup system and make sure that the backup is done successfully for the files and Notus Notes email server.
- Prepare IT budget estimation for the office in Yemen.
- Arrange the IT store and make sure that all the old computers and equipment disposed following the disposal procedures.
In Country Representative for SCI offices in all Yemen including (Sana'a, Aden, Haradh, Hodaida, Lahj, Ammran, Taiz and Sada'a).
- Perform necessary user services and support locally or by VPN connections to all the offices including (Hardware/Software troubleshooting, Users training and staff supervision).
- Manage all the staff under my direct supervision and ensure that they have a clear objectives and helping them to improve their performance with good feedbacks and notes.
- Prepare the IT Policy, Action Plane and IT Guidelines for YemenOffice including making of minimum specs sheet for any IT related purchase.
- Responsible for the IT Budget following the guideline of the regional office.
-Represent SCI in regional and clustering meetings, and dealing with partners in any IT issues.
-Incharge of IT Purchase committee and make bid analysis for all the IT Equipments requests and dealing with suppliers, making comparison between offers and chooses the best.
-Helping other departments in any technology related issues like hiring any technical staff member or negotiating for developing websites.
- Held regular meetings with the Management and Regional ITManager in order to explain all the problems and challenges facing the IT operations in the country.
- Work as a backup Editor for the Intranet website (Onenet ) and train the Communication staff on how to effectively use the Onenet platform for distributing the information to all staff in the country.

- Installing computers with original copies of windows and office 365 for more than 300 PC.
- Connect all the offices with wired and wireless networks and network and local printers as needed.
- Managing User/Groups accounts in the online server using Citrix system.
- Managing the Phones PBX (Panasonic KXTDA100) and check all Phones Connectivity and Extension.
- Perform needed scheduled Backup for all users data.
- Managing the car tracking system (Prodigy), cameras system and BEGN system for internet and phone communication.
- Administrating and arranging the IT store keeping track of spear parts and make sure enough is present for the repairs, that's including preparing all the necessary forms and papers.

o Purchasing all the IT Equipments, dealing with suppliers, making comparison between offers and chooses the best.
