Achievements:
▪ Managed the Profit and Loss of strategic projects including the ADNOC HQ on Corniche Rd and Raha Mall In Abu
Dhabi. Also led the design and site supervision of urban projects including roads, sewerage, water, District Cooling,
drainage, irrigation, power cables and substation, telecommunications, traffic studies, dredging and reclamation
for a number of developments in UAE.
▪ Effectiveness resulted in winning three major sewerage projects with ADSSC for a 3-5 year program worth
approximately AED1.5 Billion. Effectively developed client relations with Al Qudra Real Estate, winning its first
three real estate projects of Danet Abu Dhabi, Desert Towers and Water Transport Study.
Jebel Ali New Container Terminal Stage 1: Deputy Project Director and Land: Facilities Project Manager led a
project management team for Stage 1 of the terminal expansion. Conducted all programme management duties
including Study Feasibilities and presentations to Board. Value: Dhs 4.0 Billion
▪ HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque: External Works. Team Leader for the Master Planning, design and
construction procurement of the Infrastructure and utilities works. Master planning included scope definition, cost
estimating, presentation of technical and financial options to sponsor.
▪ Dubai Marina and Emirates Hills Development, UAE: Team Leader for the Master Planning, design and
construction procurement of the Infrastructure and utilities works including roads, water, sewerage, wastewater
treatment, electricity, drainage and communications. Master planning included NPV analysis and scenario analysis.
▪ Mesaieed Industrial City, Qatar: Senior Utilities Planner for the conceptual master planning of infrastructure
facilities of potable water, sewerage and sewage treatment, irrigation, storm water, power, telecommunication
and solid waste management.
▪ Subsurface Drainage System in Ajban, UAE: master planning study, design and construction procurement of
master drainage system including Cost-Benefit analysis of conveyance options, budgets and scenarios.
▪ Abu Dhabi International Airport, UAE: Team Leader for the Master Planning and Design of all landscaping,
irrigation, pumping stations and control systems. Works included feasibility options reports, cost forecasting and
programming of projects and budgets. Value: Dhs 90 Million
