Security Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day security operations across the mall, ensuring a safe environment for tenants, customers, visitors, and staff.
Implement and enforce security policies, emergency procedures, access control protocols, and incident management standards.
Service Provider & Contract Management
Act as the primary liaison between the client (mall management) and the contracted security service provider.
Monitor contractual compliance, including staffing levels, uniforms, equipment, KPIs, and response times.
Review and validate the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Manage contract performance, renewal processes, and service evaluation reports.
Training & Development Oversight
Ensure the security service provider delivers adequate training (SOPs, customer service, emergency response, fire safety, first aid, evacuation drills).
Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and readiness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
Track and report KPIs, incident statistics, risk assessments, and corrective actions to mall management.
Lead investigations of security incidents and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Risk & Emergency Management
Develop and update risk assessments, crisis management plans, and business continuity procedures.
Coordinate emergency drills with internal teams, tenants, civil defense, and security vendors.
Customer & Tenant Relations
Engage with tenants to address security concerns, support openings/closures, and ensure compliance with mall security policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the malls brand standards through professional security interactions.
Technology & System Oversight
Supervise the functionality of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, EAS, radios) and escalate maintenance needs.
Recommend system upgrades or enhancements to improve operational effectiveness.
Leadership & Coordination
Direct and guide the service providers security supervisors and team to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal departments (FM, housekeeping, marketing, leasing) during events, peak hours, and special operations.

Ensure that all staff are on duty and that day to day operations are running smoothly in line with scope ofworks requirements and the
KPIs.
Management and allocation of keys to personnel who are authorized to access the area requested through strict management of the
building key control system as per Aspire zone foundation procedure.
Carry out security searches in line with ASPIRE SFM policy at each venue.
Management of all visitors to all ASPIRE SFM venues ensuring suitable authorization and approval has been met.
To be provided across all ASPIRE SFM venues ensuring that regular patrols are undertaken in the provision of a safe and secure
environment.
24Hr static guarding at entrance and access points to ASPIRE SFM facilities that require continuous or regular access,
Develop security deployment plan and rosters to ensure effective coverage ofASPIRE SFM venues based on the available manpower.
Prepare and review the security policies and procedures for all ASPIRE SFM venues.
Support the preparation of the security risk assessments, contingency plan and ensure its implementation across ASPIRE SFM venues.
Issue and collect all visitor passes and verified status ofvisit.
Ensure monitoring of access control points for the ASPIRE SFM venues.
Responsible to check permit to work (PTW) documentation prior to allowing contractor access to the venue.
Overseeing the day to day security operation of the building and perimeter, which includes the management of all security staff.
Ensure adequate provision of security equipment such as guard radio, guard patrolling devices, etc.
Actively involved in accident and incident investigation and the provision of reports, with liaison with relevant authorities where
necessary.
Ensure proper follow up to secure police report for any third party damage for insurance claim to be made Liaise with relevant
government authorities to ensure ASPIRE SFM venues are secure and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Ensure complaints are properly documented and appropriate corrective actions are implemented .18. Ensure that all staff have reported
to duty at the correct time with proper uniform and equipment.
Ensures all reports and logs are properly completed and kept up to date at all times.
Ensures all security incidents, accidents, and near misses are always logged and escalated in a timely manner with the incident report
provided within 24 hours.
Provide continuous manning of the CCTV control rooms within each venue.
Ensures the lost and found system is properly managed.
Liaise with all stakeholders regarding security for events and Tournament overlay.
Support car parking arrangements and manning during events.
