• Estimating the project equipment cost, field & engineering effort, training and other data for the Capital Expenditure Request documentation
• Creating Statement of Work, modifying the appropriate standard installation instructions and Acceptance Test Instructions
• Offering technical support, interfacing with Internal Depts. for finalization of projects in time and following checklist, Punch point’s clearance, etc.
• Preparing daily progress report & sending the same to Indoor contactors for the proper follow up
• Monitoring 3 Indoor contractors (Aces, Adeed, Huawei) including Vendors (Ericsson, Huawei) which includes Installation Supervisors, BSS Engineers, RF Engineers, Site Engineers & Quality Engineers
• Assuring detailed engineering drawing, material estimation, material handling & technical discussions material for IBS
• Monitoring Acceptance Schedules with Indoor contractors & Ericsson Quality Team and Managed Services as per the requirements
• Worked on different Active Solution vendors like Andrew, Power wave, Huawei, Rosenberger etc.
• Successfully Implemented & handed over to Mobily Optimization more than 100 IBS projects for Western region
• Looking after the commercial requirements for P.O, FIS & Invoicing for indoor contractors & Vendors
• Looking after the Successful process of different claims from Mobily Vendors & contractors for
o First approver for SDN, RFS, PAC, FAC Proforma Invoices for all Indoor contractor under West region
o First approver for SDN, RFS, PAC, FAC Proforma Invoices for 2G, 3G & LTE for Ericsson
• Managing the issuance of sites arrangements, sites BOQ, budget, preliminary schedules and determination of project requirements for IBS sites
• Coordinate with & Report to the PM about the roll-out progress of IBS & Outdoor projects
• Review and approve the final design, Drawings, link budget, BOQ and technical specifications performed by design department and discuss it with Indoor contactors
• Organizing various meetings and working efficiently in compliance with company policies and strategies, thus rendering training to the subordinates to ensure the long term goals/objectives.
• Following & Supervising the PAT for Outdoor GSM sites under Western Region
• Follow and monitor all the field activities of indoor contractors (Site Acquisition, Materials preparing and Installation) and discuss the updates in regular meetings with them.
• Ensuring optimal usage of resources as per schedule and within budget strategies to meet the agreed site delivery deadlines.
• Manage project time & prioritize activities, monitor day to day implementation team's activities and reports to guarantee projects progress in accordance with the project schedule & KPI.
• Review & process RF Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for the In-Building design.
• Review & approval of RF Technical Design Proposal (TP) by Indoor contractors for In-Building Solutions to meet the Mobily KPI’s Coverage Design plan..
• Checking the calculation of Link Budget (EIRP) and reviewing of the schematic diagram for IBC solutions submitted by Indoor contactors if IBS projects
• Checking In building installations and make sure that certain standards and quality level is maintained.
• Once RF equipment is installed, perform RF data collection to ensure that the quality of service meets RF design specifications such as Rx Lev, Rx Qual, Handover, parameter verification.
• Based on data collection activities, adjust any design and proposal products that do not meet specifications and/or recommend equipment or parameter adjustments.
• Verify macro, micro and In-building coverage plans to meet quality specifications.
• Checking the post installation coverage, spillage, and Handover tests using TEMS Investigation Light..
• Site Auditing for the indoor sites to verify site database and cell design criteria’s.
• Managing ATP/As-Built documents and conducting ATP of the sites with the IBS contractors
• Extend the technical support needed to the IBS contractors for all installations (Feeders, Antennas, Splitters, Triplexes, Combiners, Base station, indoor transmission unites, MW and Radio unit).
• Control and archiving the project documents (daily reports, as Built documents, Acceptance and Invoices Doc., Auto CAD drawings and VSWR results).
• Supervise and coordinate with indoor contractors engineers progress for electromechanical drawings and installations (cable trays, HVAC, AC, MDB, Fire systems, External alarms and power cables connectivity)
• Lead the implementation process in urgent cases if required.
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor the sites progress
• Following Implementation Designing & handover to Optimization for IBS & Large venues Networks based on UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE, and Public Safety
• Worked on different solutions like Active, Passive, Hybrid, Direct node B & repeater solutions for single & multiple operators.
• Rectification of service degradation and fault rectification for implemented on-aired sites & Removing of hardware faults affecting network KPIs
• Involved in working for the improvement of RF KPIs on cell level & Performed hardware calibration for the improvement of problems causing handover failures, and external internal interference.
• Suggest and implement Network Parameters changes for reducing call drops and better coverage and
analysis of impact after changing of parameters.
• Assists in Technical site survey for GSM/UMTS In-Building Solutions (IBS) in new Delhi area for Vodafone, Bharti AirTel & Idea Cellular Ltd. Telecom
• Assists in conducting Site Survey for the GSM Room Location, Possible Riser to be used for the Feeder cables, and Antenna locations.
• Calculates power budget to ensure optimum design of Distributed Antenna System (DAS)
• Prepares the Antenna Location Photos as well as the Equipment Location
• Assists in the Preparation of antenna and cabling layout, schematic diagram, BOQ/BOM.
• Perform the task given by the Senior RF Engineer.
• Conduct site survey for the details of Civil Design Drawing proposals and As-built Civil Drawings
Prepares Civil Drawing Design proposals to DU Telecom-Nokia project.
• New Site verification & Optimization of the network, Coverage for the integrated indoor sites with the help
of TEMS Investigation GSM 8.0.3. ( Walk Test )
• Conduct RF Technical Site Surveys (TSS) for the In-Building design.
• Preparing RF Technical Design Proposal (TP) for In-Building Solutions to meet customer KPI’s Coverage Design plan.
• Performing RF surveys and then preparing appropriate design and proposal products such as BOQ, SSO, SSR, Antennae Location & Cable Routing.
• Calculation of Link Budget (EIRP) and designing of the schematic diagram for IBC solutions
• Carrying out Transmission Test according to the design using Nokia Nemo Test Transmitter Manager.

• Optimization of the design, by implementing necessary changes to meet the KPIs.
• Site Auditing for the indoor sites to verify site database and cell design criteria’s.
• Checking coverage for Indoor solution to check the sufficient Rx strength & Rx quality.
• Checking all values, handovers relating with neighbouring cells.
• Hands on experience of TEMS Investigation GSM & MapInfo Professional.
• Preparing ATP/As-Built documents and conducting ATP of the sites with the customer.
• Looked after the successful installation and commissioning of:
o Ericsson BTS, , Motorola BTS and Nokia BTS for GSM 900 and1800 (Horizontal macro)
o Microwave Systems of Ericsson, Nokia
o RF and Civil survey of different sites
o Electrical work of BTS sites
o BSC and MSC of Motorola and Ericsson
o Power equipment that involved Rectifier, Main A/C Power Distribution for CDMA Modcell and Fabrication of various Connectors used in the CDMA site
• Took part in various alarms generated by the system (System as well as Shelter Alarms)
• Assured timely involvement in RF activities such as Drive Testing for handover and identification of dead zones by the use of net monitoring
• Ensured the installation and replacement of the various sub-systems found in the BTS, which involved radio terminal equipment, duplexer units as well as the various cards found in the system
• Involved in the assembling, installing and checking of the GSM and Microwave Antennas for proper Angles and its further alignment & implementation
