Lead the re-licensure process for the institution with CAA standards in coordination with the academic and administrative units.
Regional ACCREDITATION - Institutional
Lead the initial accreditation process for regional accreditation, starting by application, self-study submission, response to requirements and prepare for the site visit.

Working with program directors and focus group to ensure program effectiveness through continuous improvement process. Review and validate (within related academic committees) course learning outcomes, Student learning outcomes and program learning outcomes. Ensure consistency (within related academic committees) of course syllabus, prerequisites, outlines, learning resources, and instructional software, and facilitate improvements through the appropriate procedures.
Examine the consistency of program length, admission/selection requirements, and completion requirements for programs.
Academic Unit effectiveness
Working with Unit heads to ensure unit’s alignment with the institution, effectively achieve its purpose, projects and ongoing operations though unit strategic plan, annual operational plan, initiatives and appropriate reflection on budget.

Support the governance board
Prepare and develop ad-hoc reports according to the agenda topics aided by infographic presentation that support decision for the board members.
