This involved review of the ADNOCs reporting function’s objectives and alignment of the program’s outputs to these, and the company’s overall strategic objectives, in terms of reporting philosophy, processes, templates and KPIs, an assessment of the current reporting framework, processes, KPIs and templates of ADNOC and its OPCOs, develop consistent reporting catalogue and templates for all OPCOs including bringing consistency with internal reporting of each OPCO
•Worked as part of Citi RIM project with Citi bank in the UAE. This involved mapping regulations ("Requirements") to Citi business functions ("Assessment Units") for Citi's business globally.
•Worked as part of Fixed assets management project with Ministry of Health in KSA. This involved to perform quality assurance on fixed assets tagging that will be required to perform the valuation of fixed assets and create opening fixed asset registers.
•Currently working as part of Cash to accrual project with Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This involves developing a strategy to assist the Ministry in preparing opening balances and related adjustments by managing the change internally and ensuring compliance with C2A transformation.
•Performed training on IFRS 9 & 16 to several clients, and reviewed clients assessments of IFRS 15 on a number of non-audit clients.

Technical Expertise:
•Ensure that the financial statements and consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with the applicable standards (International Financial Reporting Standards).
•Ensure that the audit is performed in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
•Guide the audit team in the risk assessment process to perform the audit testing of various sections (Cash, receivables, inventory, investments, payables and equity) in line with the ISA and the audit approach.
